...Rose Soup...

...Rose soup is always an oldy but a goodie in our house...we reflected today on an hour and a half visit to the hospital last night to see a doctor about Olivia's ezcema...it was quite interesting although we have seen that many people it was same ole, same ole stuff really...in summary Olivia has ezcema because of genetics and there is no cure, just management. Things that aggriavate her condition (after testing was done) are dust mites and eggs - these don't cause the ezcema but do cause it to flare. She isn't allergic to milk, cat hair, dog hair, wheat or anything else that is commonly thought of (phew). We have a new cream/steriod regime and been advised to 'throw away' duvets and use bedspreads which are wash-able on beds, foam mattresses and pillows and be very careful with soft-toys - giving them a hot wash regularly...
