Our thoughts are very much with my gorgeous friend Gill and her family at the moment as they adjust to the terrible news that Matt has cancer. We know the family will be amazingly inspirational how the cope. Sometimes when things like this touch us, it is a good reminder to count our blessings and realise what is really important and what is simply not worth worrying over...big hugs...and can't wait to be up with you soon...
